Presentations are given by Counseling Center Professional staff and are free for currently enrolled students.

ABC's of Zzz: Improving Concentration and Focus: Learn how sleep, plays an important role in all aspects of life, including college success. This workshop is geared to help you know how to get the amount and quality of sleep needed to effectively manage the stress of being a student.
Happiness Heroes: Slaying the negative dragon. People who are happier and more content with their lives tend to handle life problems and distress more effectively and in a shorter period of time. Be your own hero of creating happiness and contentment in your life.
Breaking the Ice: It's not that Hard: This session is designed for students who are seeking information to work on improving communication and social skills. Join us to improve skills to feel more socially confident and connect with others.
Getting a Jump on Finals: Everyone knows how stressful final exams can be. Instead of waiting to cram at the last minute come to this session to get tips & tricks to FEEL and BE prepared to "make the grades" you want, not "take the grade you get".
