From Soldier To Student

Tips for veterans making the transition from military life to college life.

This four-part workshop offers information on Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, War Zone Stress Reaction, Anger Management, Stress Management, Sleep Health, and Family Interactions. Vererans may experience challenges adjusting to campus and home life, such as boredom, low frustration tolerance, high alertness, feeling out of place, combat stress reactions, relationship difficulties, or feeling upset over time lost. This series intends to identify common challenges and offer strategies/resources to ease the transition.
