You may register for any section of:

Introduction to Basic Stress Management

Yoga for the Mind: Transforming Stress

Overcome Test, Math & Performance Anxiety

Mood Management: Taking Charge of Feeling Good

You may choose dates/times that fit your schedule.  The sections are staggered throughout the semester for your convenience.  You can register for all or one, whatever you need.
