Self Help & Resources

Our hope is for students to consider campus resources that are available as means of self-care. This includes online resources provided by our Counseling Center and other departments in the Bobcat family that are meant to aid in your emotional, physical and mental well-being as well as your academic success.

Texas State University is a public, student-centered, Emerging Research University dedicated to excellence in serving the educational needs of the diverse population of Texas and the world beyond.
